Krai _ Elton is an initiative of artist Dima Filippov to create an art center in the village of Elton, Volgograd Region, Russia. Being in the steppe of the Caspian lowland on the border with Kazakhstan, in close proximity to the salt lake Elton - the largest mineral lake in Europe, the center sets itself the task of finding possible ways of the artist's work, relying on the landscape and historical heritage of art forms interacting with space. The center is located in the building of the former repair shop for agricultural machines with an area of about 500 sq.m.
